The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years of experience in fast-paced environments, hands-on operational skills, and must be proficient in English, with Polish being a plus. This role involves executing workflows, monitoring KPIs, and coordinating a small team. Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in fast-paced operations, logistics, rental, hospitality, or customer-facing environments.
• Driving License (Category B) required.
• English proficiency and Polish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate rental workflows: check-in, check-out, documentation, and system updates.
• Track daily KPIs and promote ancillary products.
• Conduct basic RV/van checks and elevate issues to servicing teams.
