Job summary

WhyHireWrong? is seeking a Cisco LAN-focused Network Administrator for an international IT services company. You will configure and maintain Cisco switches, access points, and wireless controllers to ensure reliable LAN/WLAN performance.

You bring 5+ years in enterprise network administration, hands-on Cisco LAN experience, and familiarity with OT/industrial networks. Fluent English and willingness to travel occasionally are required.

• Hands-on Cisco LAN experience and solid troubleshooting skills.
• Familiarity with OT/industrial networks is a plus.
• Fluent English; willingness to travel occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Cisco switches, access points, and wireless controllers.
• Monitor LAN/WLAN and respond to alerts before they cause downtime.
• Support IT/OT production networks (PROFINET, Modbus/TCP, EtherNet/IP).
• Provide 3rd-level support and take part in network upgrade projects.
