Job summary

Goelett is building a central Product and Technology Hub for the S4BT Group. The Head of Development and Head of Product operate in a two-in-a-box leadership model to translate strategy into scalable engineering and product execution.

As a senior technology leader, you will mentor cross-functional teams, own architecture decisions, and drive delivery while maintaining security and reliability across platforms.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in software engineering with leadership in senior roles.
• Experience in SaaS, cloud, and enterprise‑grade systems.
• Proven ability to scale distributed engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional squads and align technical teams with product strategy.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery from planning to release.
• Collaborate with Head of Product to ensure feasibility and scalability.
• Drive continuous improvement and governance practices.
• Communicate progress and manage dependencies with leadership.
