TechTree is partnering with a fast-growing fintech client to recruit a Chief Operating Officer who will own the strategic, commercial, and operational development of the business from Warsaw in a hybrid setup.

The role requires senior leadership in fintech with deep payments or credit expertise and strong P&L ownership; international expansion experience is a plus. Competitive executive-level package on a B2B contract.

Qualifications

They're looking for a senior executive to take full ownership of the strategic, commercial, and operational development of the business — a business leader and builder who can work across product, technology, sales, legal, compliance, and regulatory functions.

What You’ll Do
