Job summary

TechTree is recruiting on behalf of a global drug development partner for a Senior/Manager-level Business Development role in Kraków, Poland. You will own new business across Europe, selling drug development services to pharma and biotech R&D teams, with hybrid work in Kraków and potential travel up to 60%.

The role requires 5+ years in BD/sales in CRO/CDMO or related fields, with experience across drug discovery and development markets; a BS in Life Sciences is required, and advanced degrees

Qualifications

• 5+ years in BD / sales at a CRO/CDMO or related field.
• Experience selling across drug discovery and development markets.
• Experience with pharma and biotech startups throughout the discovery and development cycle.
• Willingness to travel up to 60%.
• BS in Chemistry, Biology, Pharma or Life Sciences (advanced degree preferred).

Responsibilities

• Prospect and win new accounts across Europe, from outreach to signed contract.
• Provide technical input, lead client presentations and support proposal generation.
• Negotiate contracts and build long-term partner relationships.
• Work with internal scientific teams to turn client needs into delivery.
• Track competitor pricing and offerings and help leadership size the market.
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences.

Our client is a global integrated drug discovery partner for pharma and biotech, with labs in Poland and Croatia and business offices in the UK and US. They support clients from early discovery through to preclinical research, and their work has a direct impact on human lives.

You’ll own new business across Europe, selling drug development services to pharma and biotech R&D teams. The role is open at Manager or Senior Manager level.

What You’ll Do
