Job summary

ABB in Kraków seeks an experienced O2C training specialist to support the SAP4HANA implementation and ongoing service. You will work under the Global AutoBank & Process Excellence Manager, delivering training to end users, creating manuals, SOPs, and UAT support while translating complex system changes into clear business language.

You will act as SME for CFIN and SAP4HANA, collaborating with leaders and users to identify needs, drive improvements, and onboard new hires.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in O2C processes.
• Solid understanding of O2C and SAP4HANA environment for configuration.
• Ability to transfer knowledge, train others, and support end-users.
• Advanced proficiency with MS Office and O365 suite.
• Proficiency in English language.
• Strong problem-solving mindset and communication skills.
• Project management exposure is a plus for this role.

• Deliver training on O2C processes and SAP4HANA system use.
• Create and maintain user manuals, documentation and SOPs.
• Engage with business leaders and end-users to identify needs and drive solutions.
• Participate in testing (UAT) activities and support change initiatives.

You will be involved in CFIN and SAP4HANA implementation, UATs and post implementation “service”. Crucial part of the role would be ongoing contact with O2C end users to understand and address better their needs and provide trainings answering technical aspects of CFIN and SAP4Hana.You will be mainly accountable for:Facilitating learning through a variety of delivery methods to onboard new hires and upskill end-users. This could include classroom Instruction, virtual training, team meetings, on-line learning debriefs, practical labs, peer to peer coaching, and train-the-trainer sessionsTraining users on O2C processes and appropriate system use. Creating and maintain user manuals, documentation and SOPs as neededEngaging with business leaders, users and partners to understand processes, needs, challenges and deliver solutions, and/or issue resolution during activities such as adapt to standard, process reviews, etc.Participating in testing (UAT) activities as needed and initiate or promote sustainable process improvementsActing as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for CFIN and SAP4HANA to assist in curriculum development – including revisions to existing course content and new material creationCommunicating process and related system CFIN and SAP4HANA changes to users, including ‘translating’ system functionality into simple business relevant languageWorking one-on-one with learners to identify areas of skill and opportunities.
