Job summary

BD is a leading global medical technology company seeking a strategic HR leader to manage the CEE region and SSC, implementing a new service delivery model and partnering with global HR teams. You will drive talent management, organizational design, and leadership development across multiple locations in Central Europe.

You will lead change initiatives, define KPI-based improvements, and ensure diversity and inclusion while aligning rewards with business goals.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.
• 5–10 years in HR leadership roles within a matrix regional or multi-country environment.
• Proficiency in English and Polish; additional CEE languages are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead CEE HR team and drive the new HR service delivery model.
• Partner with Centers of Excellence and global HR leaders to align strategies.
• Design and implement HR solutions across regions and SSC.
• Drive talent development, succession planning, and diversity initiatives.
• Define KPIs, analyze HR metrics, and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure Total Rewards consistency and policy alignment across CEE.
