Job summary

Merck Group in Wroclaw is seeking a Cash Collection Specialist who will manage customer accounts to ensure timely collection of receivables and maintain strong relationships across EU markets. You will actively contact customers, support dispute resolution with Sales and Customer Service, and help optimize Days Sales Outstanding and financial controls.

You will collaborate with Finance teams, contribute to process improvements within Invoice-to-Cash, and grow professionally in a hybrid work

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or Cash Collection with a university degree.
• Multilingual capabilities for EU markets; English and Portuguese daily use.
• Hands-on ERP experience and advanced Excel proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer accounts to ensure timely collection of receivables.
• Monitor accounts, contact customers to secure payments, and support dispute resolution with Sales and Customer Service.
• Evaluate payment behaviors to inform order releases and credit blocks.
