Job summary

Infosys Consulting in Warsaw seeks a CargoWise Consultant at Senior or Principal level to drive end-to-end logistics transformation for freight forwarding and customs operations. You will lead workshops, design CargoWise solutions, manage global rollouts, and mentor junior consultants while partnering with clients to deliver measurable value.

The role requires fluent English, strong stakeholder management, and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

CargoWise certification is required.
MBA or advanced degree preferred.
12–15 years in logistics, supply chain, or transportation consulting.
3–5 years CargoWise implementation experience.
Experience across Ocean Freight, Air Freight, Customs, Contract Logistics, Transportation Management or Warehouse.
Excellent English and local language proficiency (C2).

Responsibilities

Lead business process assessments, operating model design, and digital transformation in logistics and freight forwarding.
Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to gather requirements and define future-state processes.
Translate business requirements into CargoWise designs and configurations.
Advise clients on best practices for freight forwarding, customs brokerage, and supply chain operations.
Manage end-to-end CargoWise implementations and global rollouts.
Lead governance meetings, proposals, and client presentations.
Mentor junior consultants and contribute to market offerings.
