Earlston Academy is building a network of tutors across a wide range of subjects to support students with personalized learning and professional development.

We welcome tutors with expertise in academic subjects, technology, business, professional skills, test preparation, career skills, and other areas of instruction. Sessions are conducted virtually using online learning and video-conferencing tools with flexible scheduling and pay per completed tutoring session.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of subject matter experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge or experience in the subject you want to tutor.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to explain concepts clearly and patiently.
• Reliable computer, webcam, microphone, and internet connection.

Requirements

• Teaching, tutoring, mentoring, or professional experience is preferred.
• Relevant degree, certification, or professional experience may be required depending on the subject.

Compensation

Contract | As Needed

• Paid per completed tutoring session. $15-$60/hr
• Rates vary based on subject, expertise, session type, and experience.
• Flexible scheduling based on student demand and tutor availability.
• No guaranteed minimum hours.
