Job summary

JLL in Warsaw seeks a Finance Support Coordinator to assist the Account Project Delivery Lead and PMs with the regional coordination of project financial documents flow, including work orders and purchase orders, and to help set up and implement processes across the region.

You will manage timely and accurate delivery of capital project financial data for EA and AME countries, track budgets, generate standard reports, and support continuous improvement of reporting tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks under supervision.
• Excellent proficiency in MS Office tools; familiarity with Smartsheets is a plus.
• Outstanding attention to detail and data quality.
• Effective communication in Business English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs) and Work Orders, ensuring all documentation is complete and approvals are secured.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to track budgets, forecast spend, and monitor GR/IR.
• Maintain PO and Work Order tracker across multiple systems with high accuracy.
• Coordinate and manage the flow of financial documentation for capital projects.
• Prepare standard reports, financial analyses, and presentation materials for reviews.
• Participate in business review meetings and support decision-making.
