Job summary

Accenture Poland is seeking a capable business analyst to join our Capital Markets team on international client projects. You will work on strategy design, architecture design, operating models, and process improvements, embracing challenges as opportunities and applying Accenture best practices.

You will gain exposure to large-scale projects across Europe, with professional development support, certifications, and access to training.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience with SQL/databases.
• Good English in writing and speaking.
• Experience in teamwork in a technical/business analysis team.
• Proficiency in SQL (Oracle 19c).
• Basics of SQL query optimization.
• Awareness/knowledge of basic capital markets financial instruments.
• Basics of PL/SQL (nice to have).
• Basics of Linux filesystem navigation/operations via terminal (nice to have).

Responsibilities

• Work as a business analyst on implementation projects for international clients.
• Be part of a team that designs strategy, architecture, and operating models for capital markets.
• Gain knowledge about Capital Markets solutions and apply Accenture best practices.
• Collaborate on application outsourcing and business process outsourcing.
• Travel to client locations across Europe as needed.
