Job summary

Bunge Limited in Warsaw seeks a Strategic Sourcing Manager CAPEX to lead capital procurement and cross-functional project teams. You will develop and execute sourcing strategies for equipment, services and construction, while driving value and cost efficiencies across global procurement programs.

The role emphasizes collaboration with engineering, operations, and supplier partners to optimize spend, ensure governance, and deliver savings within a multinational agribusiness environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business or related field.
• 6+ years of indirect purchasing experience with an emphasis on capital procurement and project management / controls.
• Demonstrate the ability to drive procurement programs focused on lowering total cost of ownership.

Responsibilities

• Actively participate in defined procurement initiatives and help implement program/strategy.
• Participate on capital project teams through all phases of project development, planning, execution and close-out.
• Execute on procurement strategies designed to maximize value for equipment, materials and services.
• Negotiate and manage agreements for engineering services, equipment and construction.
• Prepare and analyze bids; develop sourcing strategies; advise on supplier selection and pricing agreements.
