Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking a seasoned Campaign Analytics professional to support our Center of Excellence. You will prepare, configure, and maintain marketing campaigns using SAS and Adobe tools, ensuring high data quality and effective campaign execution in collaboration with analytics and business teams.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in marketing analytics or CRM analytics, strong data interpretation skills, and fluency in English with Polish knowledge, based in Poland.

Qualifications

5+ years in marketing analytics or CRM analytics.
Proficient with SAS CI/EG or Adobe Experience Platform/Journey Optimizer.
Experience in data analysis and customer segmentation.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Advanced English; Polish language knowledge.

Responsibilities

Design, configure, and maintain campaigns using SAS CI, EG, AEP, and AJO.
Create customer segments and target groups.
Collaborate with analytics and business teams on planning and optimization.
Prepare, validate, and analyze data for campaigns.
Monitor performance and implement improvements.
Ensure data quality and maintain documentation.
