Sii Poland in Poland is seeking an experienced Campaign Analytics professional to support the delivery of communication activities using SAS and Adobe tools. You will prepare, configure, and maintain campaigns, work with analytics and business teams, and ensure data quality.

This role requires strong analytical abilities, segmentation expertise, and excellent communication skills in English and Polish, with residence in Poland.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in marketing analytics, campaign management, or CRM analytics.
• Experience with SAS CI/SAS EG or Adobe Experience Platform/Journey Optimizer.
• Experience in marketing data analysis, customer segmentation, and campaign optimization.
• Ability to interpret data and translate analytical findings into business recommendations.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Polish.
• Residence in Poland.

Responsibilities

• Designing, configuring, and maintaining communication campaigns using SAS CI, SAS EG, AEP, and AJO
• Creating customer segments and defining target groups for marketing activities
• Collaborating with analytics and business teams on campaign planning, implementation, and optimization
• Preparing, validating, and analyzing data used in campaign execution
• Monitoring campaign performance, identifying optimization areas, and implementing improvements
• Ensuring high data quality, maintaining documentation, and ensuring compliance with standards and processes
