Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking a Campaign Analytics specialist to support the Campaign Analytics team in delivering marketing communications. You will prepare, configure and maintain campaigns using SAS and Adobe tools, working closely with business and analytics colleagues to ensure high data quality and effective campaign execution.

The role requires at least five years in marketing analytics or CRM analytics, experience with SAS CI/EG or Adobe Experience Platform/Adobe Journey Optimizer, strong

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in marketing analytics or CRM analytics.
• Experience with SAS CI/SAS EG or Adobe Experience Platform/Adobe Journey Optimizer.
• Experience in marketing data analysis, segmentation, and campaign optimization.
• Ability to translate analytics into business recommendations.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Polish.
• Residence in Poland.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and maintain campaigns using SAS CI, SAS EG, AEP, and AJO.
• Create customer segments and define target groups.
• Collaborate with analytics and business teams on planning and optimization.
• Prepare, validate, and analyze data for campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance and implement improvements.
• Ensure data quality, maintain documentation, and ensure compliance.
