Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking a skilled Campaign Analytics specialist to support the Analytics and Business Services Center of Excellence. You will prepare, configure, and maintain marketing campaigns using SAS and Adobe tools, collaborating with business and analytics teams to ensure high data quality and effective campaign execution.

The role focuses on targeting, segmentation, data validation, and performance optimization, with a strong emphasis on communication and data-driven recommendations;

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics, campaign management, or CRM analytics.
• Experience with SAS CI/SAS EG or Adobe Experience Platform / Adobe Journey Optimizer.
• Experience in marketing data analysis, customer segmentation, and campaign optimization.
• Ability to interpret data and translate analytical findings into business recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Creating customer segments and defining target groups for marketing activities.
• Collaborating with analytics and business teams on campaign planning, implementation, and optimization.

Job description

As part of our Business Services Center of Excellence, we are looking for a professional to support the Campaign Analytics team in delivering communication activities. The person in this role will be responsible for preparing, configuring and maintaining marketing campaigns using SAS and Adobe tools, working closely with business and analytics teams to ensure effective campaign execution and high data quality.

Your tasks

• Designing, configuring, and maintaining communication campaigns using SAS Customer Intelligence (CI), SAS Enterprise Guide (EG), Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO)
• Creating customer segments and defining target groups for marketing and communication activities
• Collaborating with analytics and business teams on campaign planning, implementation, and optimization
• Preparing, validating, and analyzing data used in the execution of marketing campaigns
• Monitoring campaign performance, identifying areas for optimization, and implementing improvements
• Ensuring high data quality, maintaining documentation, and ensuring compliance with applicable standards and processes

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in marketing analytics, campaign management, or CRM analytics
• Experience working with SAS CI/SAS EG or Adobe Experience Platform / Adobe Journey Optimizer
• Experience in marketing data analysis, customer segmentation, and communication campaign optimization
• Ability to interpret data and translate analytical findings into business recommendations
• Advanced English proficiency
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Knowledge of Polish
• Residence in Poland
