Job summary

EPAM Systems in Poland is seeking a Calypso Support Analyst with at least 3 years of experience to ensure platform stability across trading, risk, settlements, and accounting.

You will monitor jobs, investigate incidents, support end-of-day processes, and collaborate with front, middle, back office and technology teams. Hybrid/remote options within Poland are available, with potential relocation and travel.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as Calypso Support Analyst.
• Hands-on Calypso application knowledge.
• Experience in incident and problem management.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Willing to relocate and travel for business.

Responsibilities

• Provide production support for Calypso platform across trading, risk, settlements, and accounting modules.
• Monitor batch jobs, interfaces, and system health via Calypso Scheduler and monitoring tools.
• Investigate and resolve incidents, perform root cause analysis, and escalate complex problems.
• Support users across trade capture, confirmations, settlements, cash management, and reporting workflows.
• Assist with end-of-day and start-of-day processes, including P&L, risk, and position reconciliation.
• Troubleshoot pricing, valuation, and market data issues with quants and market data teams.
• Support asset classes such as FX, Rates, Credit, MM, and Derivatives.
• Write and execute SQL queries to investigate data issues.
• Review Calypso logs, engine outputs, and Java stack traces.
• Assist with deployments, patch installations, environment refreshes, and user access management.
• Mentor junior resources.
