Job summary

Accenture Poland is seeking a Java Backend Developer with 3+ years of commercial experience. You will design, develop, and maintain backend services using Java 17+, Spring Framework, and Spring Boot 3.x, integrate with Nasdaq Calypso, and work with messaging systems like Kafka, ActiveMQ, or RabbitMQ.

You will apply secure coding practices, develop tests with JUnit, optimize queries with SQL Developer, and collaborate across teams to deliver reliable, maintainable solutions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial Java backend development experience.
• Experience with Nasdaq Calypso software is required.
• Strong knowledge of Java 17+, Spring Framework and Spring Boot 3.x.
• Hands-on with messaging platforms (Kafka, JMS/ActiveMQ, RabbitMQ).
• Experience writing tests with JUnit or similar libraries.
• Understanding of secure coding practices and design patterns.

• 3+ years of commercial experience as a Java Backend Developer

• Experience with Nasdaq Calypso software

• Strong knowledge of Java 17+, Spring Framework, and Spring Boot 3.x

• Experience with messaging platforms such as ActiveMQ/JMS, Kafka, or RabbitMQ

• Experience with SQL Developer

• Experience in writing tests (unit, integration, functional) using JUnit or similar libraries

• Understanding of secure coding practices and common application vulnerabilities

• Solid knowledge of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and clean code principles

• Understanding of application observability concepts, including logging and metrics

• Good written and spoken English (B2+)

• Ownership mindset, proactive attitude, and strong communication skills
