Job summary

Talan Poland is seeking a Calypso Business Analyst to join a new Capital Markets team in Wrocław (On-site). You will bridge business and IT, translating requirements into Calypso functionality and user stories while supporting trading, risk and post-trade processes.

Candidates should have 3–5 years in financial services as a BA, strong English, and the ability to collaborate across Front Office, Middle Office and Back Office teams to drive improvements and upgrades.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in financial services.
• Demonstrated experience with the Calypso platform.
• Strong understanding of Capital Markets products and trade lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements related to Calypso.
• Collaborate with Front Office, Middle Office, Back Office, Risk, and Operations teams.
• Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications and user stories.
• Participate in design and implementation of Calypso enhancements and new functionalities.
• Support incident analysis and resolution with technical teams.
• Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and development teams.
• Assist with testing activities, including SIT, UAT, and production validation.
• Contribute to process optimization initiatives across Capital Markets operations.
• Support system upgrades, releases, and platform transformation projects.
