Societe Generale in Warsaw is seeking a Technical Leader to drive architecture and hands-on development for trading-related applications. You will work with global teams across Paris, Hong Kong, and New York to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.

Ideal candidates have strong C#/.NET experience, cloud architecture in Azure, and a track record in technical leadership, mentoring, and complex code reviews. Fluency in English is required and a hybrid work model is available.

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on experience with C#/.NET, REST APIs, and microservices architecture.
• Experience with cloud-native design and Azure AKS.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, GitHub Actions, and modern observability stacks.

Responsibilities

• Owns technical architecture and design of new products and major initiatives.
• Remains an active software engineer contributing to complex solutions.
• Leads code reviews, promotes engineering best practices, and mentors engineers.
