Job summary

CD PROJEKT RED is seeking passionate Software Engineers to enhance online gaming functionality and tooling, collaborating with multiple game-dev teams to deliver features that meet the highest standards.

You will work on designing and maintaining a library combining networking, gameplay, and community features, while proposing architectures and stacks for efficient tooling. Excellent English communication and a strong C++ background are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of modern C++ (C++11+) and game development.
• Experience with network programming and client-server architectures.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and best practices in software engineering.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain a library combining networking, gameplay, and community features.
• Propose and decide on architecture and tech stack for tooling used by game developers.
• Support developers by delivering high-quality tools and best practices.
• Apply proven C++ techniques and modern language features to optimize performance.
• Collaborate with engineers in an Agile environment and mentor teammates.
