Job summary

Your ITeams Sp. z o.o. is seeking a C++ Developer to contribute to an uncrewed traffic management system for drones. The role will design and implement robust software components within a large-scale technical infrastructure, directly impacting international drone pilots.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, work on scalable infrastructure, and participate in code reviews and documentation. Fluent English is required; attractive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in C++ development.
• Experience with large-scale or distributed systems preferred.
• Familiarity with latest C++ standards (14/17/20) appreciated.
• Ability to code in a Linux/UNIX environment with Linux C++ toolchains.
• Familiarity with version control and automated testing best practices.
• Fluent English communication, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain C++ software components for the uncrewed traffic management system.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into reliable technical solutions.
• Work on large-scale infrastructure elements to ensure system scalability, performance, and availability.
• Implement features and enhancements used by drone pilots and related customers worldwide.
