Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, or Data.
• 5+ years in senior leadership roles (e.g., Head of BI, Director of BI, Director of Analytics).
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced digital business.
• Proven ability to translate metrics into financial impact and business value.

Responsibilities

As our Business Intelligence Director, you will define the vision for Business Intelligence and build scalable analytics capabilities that empower informed decision-making across the organization. You will establish a consistent, data-driven operating model, connect operational and product metrics with financial outcomes, and help business leaders make better strategic, commercial, and product decisions. We are looking for a strategic, business-oriented, and hands-on leader with a proven track record of building high-performing BI organizations and turning analytics into a strategic business partner. You are comfortable collaborating with executive stakeholders, aligning cross-functional teams, and creating scalable BI capabilities that enable better decision-making across the company.

What You’ll Do:

• Review and reshape the current Data Science, Business Analytics, and BI functions to ensure strong support for strategic development, product improvement, monetization, forecasting, and budgeting.
• Establish an ongoing business modeling approach across all business units and projects, with clear funnel models that translate non-financial metrics into financial impact.
• Strengthen and further develop the current agile BI department, ensuring continuous team growth, capability building, and organizational effectiveness.
• Launch a data-driven framework for evaluating new product features, marketing campaigns, and synergies from new product acquisitions.
• Review the current reporting landscape and build a clear, transparent, and consistent KPI reporting structure across the organization.
• Support business leaders in cascading KPIs to their teams and implementing consistent reporting tools to track commercial and product performance.
• Build stronger connections between commercial, product, finance, and analytics teams to ensure cross-functional alignment and a shared performance framework.
• Drive a company-wide approach to decision-making based on reliable data, clear definitions, and measurable business outcomes.

Requirements

Who You Are:

• 10+ years of progressive experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, or Data, including 5+ years in senior leadership roles (e.g., Head of BI, Director of BI, Director of Analytics, Data & Analytics Lead).
• Strong leadership experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, or Data Science, ideally in a fast-paced digital business.
• Proven track record of transforming analytics functions into strategic business partners.
• Deep understanding of performance reporting, KPI design, forecasting, budgeting, and business modeling.
• Experience translating operational and product metrics into financial impact and business value.
• Strong cross-functional leadership skills, with the ability to align product, commercial, finance, and executive stakeholders.
• Experience building scalable reporting frameworks and improving organizational data transparency with tools such as Tableau, Power BI.
• Experience in adtech, digital advertising, e-commerce, fintech, or other data-rich industries would be a strong advantage.
• Willingness to remain hands-on in order to support the pace of transformation.
