NewCold is seeking a Business Development Manager for International Transport in Warsaw, Poland. You will acquire new B2B customers, nurture ongoing relationships, prepare offers, and lead negotiations, while collaborating with operations to develop customer solutions.

Travel to meet clients and attend events is required. The role demands knowledge of the transport/logistics market, strong negotiation skills, independence, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B sales within the transport/logistics sector.
• Practical knowledge of the transport market.
• Strong negotiation and customer relationship-building skills.
• Independent and results-oriented approach.
• Ability to work effectively in a distributed team.
• Good command of English.
• Holder of a category B driving licence and willingness to travel.
