Job summary

NewCold Group in Poland seeks a Planning Coordinator in Kutno to schedule orders, use the warehouse management system, and support operational teams with tools to optimize daily work.

You will monitor the schedule, adjust plans as needed, and maintain daily contact with clients and hauliers on progress and issues. The role offers onboarding and opportunities in international projects.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of logistics processes (at least 2 years).
• Communicative knowledge of English (spoken and written).
• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
• Organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Scheduling orders.
• Using the warehouse management system, in accordance with agreements with clients and hauliers.
• Supporting operational teams by providing tools to optimize their daily work.
• Monitoring the schedule and making adjustments if necessary.
• Maintaining daily contact with clients and hauliers or their representatives on progress, priorities, anomalies and problems.
• Processing the administrative information relating to the logistical activities.
• Continuing to focus on opportunities for improvements and cost savings.

Responsibilities:

• Scheduling orders
• Using the warehouse management system, in accordance with agreements with clients and hauliers
• Supporting operational teams by providing tools to optimize their daily work.
• Monitoring the schedule and making adjustments if necessary
• Maintaining daily contact with clients and hauliers or their representatives on progress, priorities, anomalies and problems
• Processing the administrative information relating to the logistical activities
• Continuing to focus on opportunities for improvements and cost savings

Requirements:
