Job summary

A leading solar energy company in Poland is seeking an experienced Business Development Specialist to create and implement business plans, develop key accounts, and maintain strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in the Solar PV industry, excellent communication skills in both local language and English, and a strong sense of responsibility. This position offers an opportunity to contribute significantly to the growth of solar energy solutions in the region.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years’ work experience of domestic business development in Solar PV industry.
  • Proficient in both local and English language communication.
  • Good knowledge of Solar PV or PV inverters.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Make business development plans according to sales strategy from inverter BU, develop sales channels, and accomplish sales targets.
  • Develop key accounts in the country, and maintain good client relationships.
  • Deeply understand clients needs, market & product trends, and competitors business status in the country.
  • In coordination with the marketing department, promote company brand and products together with country distribution agencies.
  • Other work assigned by BU leaders.

Relevant Experience and Qualifications:

  • College degree or above.
  • Proficient in both local and English language communication.
  • Good knowledge of Solar PV or PV inverters.
  • 5+ years’ work experience of domestic business development in Solar PV industry.
  • Strong service attitude, with good communication skills both in and out of the company.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, active, careful, hardworking with good team work spirit.
