We’re looking for a Business Development Manager – someone who knows how toadvise B2B clients, understand their needs, and consistently drive things tocompletion.

What does it look like inpractice?
  • You talk toaclient, uncover what they really need, advise, and together you design asolution.
  • Then you prepare aproposal —clear, concise, and focused onbusiness value (ROI, time, risk, resources).
  • You coordinate the entire process: from first contact, through the CRM pipeline, all the way toclosing the deal.
  • All along, you collaborate with the delivery team and management toensure everything runs smoothly —making business sense for both Softblue and the client.
  • And yes, you also bring innew clients —through LinkedIn, networking, and industry events —wherever you can make adifference.

  • Work model: Remote —you can work from anywhere inPoland, with occasional visits toour HQ inBydgoszcz when needed
  • Working hours: Business hours, flexible
  • Contract type: B2B

  • Tools: Microsoft and Google workspace, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.
How the recruitment process looks

Stage 0: You send your application. Within 5 business days, wereview it and let you know whether we’ll move toStage 1. If not, you’ll receive feedback onwhat didn’t match.

Stage 1: Phone screening with People & Business Partner ( up to40 minutes ) —toget toknow your experience, expectations, and motivation. Weaim tocomplete this stage within 5 business days.

Stage 2: Online interview with your potential manager ( up to90 minutes ) —focused oncompetencies and team fit. Target timeline: another 10 business days .

Stage 3: Assessment Center – stationary inour office (Bydgoszcz).
Stage 4: Meeting with SoftBlue management (online orstationary, up to60 minutes).

The full process takes up amaximum of 5–6 weeks —transparent, without surprises.
