Job summary

Diverse Consulting Group is seeking a Business Data Analyst to bridge business needs with IT delivery, focusing on data products and analytics. You will collaborate with stakeholders, design advanced data solutions, and manage cross-team delivery in an Agile setting.

The role emphasizes data quality, complex requirements handling, and ownership of features and user stories in a dynamic recruitment-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of SQL and data querying.
• Experience working with complex requirements.
• Experience in data analysis, data hygiene, and data quality.
• Familiarity with Hive and big data concepts.
• Basic understanding of machine learning, CI/CD pipelines, and big data concepts.
• Ownership and independence in handling tasks, features, and user stories.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Spark.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Act as a bridge between business needs and developers to ensure the delivery of high quality IT solutions
• Being part of building common capabilities for Data Products within GDM
• Working with data products Helping to design advanced solutions around data and analytics Working closely together with stakeholders across company to understand the expected outcome and elicit business features
• Managing delivery dependencies towards other teams and organization units across Company
• Working in an Agile environment as an integral part of the cross-functional agile delivery team

Requirements:

• Knowledge of SQL
• Experience working with complex requirements
• Experience in data analysis, data hygiene, and data quality
• Familiarity with Hive
• Basic understanding of machine learning, CI/CD pipelines, and big data concepts
• Ownership and independence in handling tasks, features, and user stories
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Experience with Spark
