Job summary

Diverse Consulting Group is seeking an IT Analyst to bridge business needs with development teams and support the delivery of high‑quality IT solutions in a data‑driven environment. You will participate in building and rebuilding the Data Platform and design advanced data/analytics solutions.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to understand desired outcomes, elicit features, and manage delivery dependencies while working within a cross‑functional Agile team.

Qualifications

• Experience in translating business needs into data solutions.
• Proven ability to analyze complex data requirements.
• Experience with data hygiene and data quality activities.
• Familiarity with data pipelines and workflows.
• Strong SQL and Hive knowledge.
• Understanding of Big Data concepts and CI/CD basics.

IT Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Act as a bridge between business needs and development teams to support delivery of high-quality IT solutions
• Participate in building and rebuilding the Data Platform
• Design advanced solutions around data and analytics
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand expected outcomes and elicit business features
• Manage delivery dependencies across teams and organizational units
• Work as part of a cross-functional Agile delivery team
• Analyze complex end-to-end solutions and processes
• Translate business needs into tasks, features and user stories
• Support data analysis, data hygiene and data quality activities

Requirements:

• Strong experience in working with complex requirements
• Proven experience in data analysis, data hygiene and data quality
• Practical knowledge of workflows and data pipelines
• Knowledge of SQL and Hive
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Big Data concepts
• Experience with incident management processes and tools
• Ability to take ownership of tasks, features and user stories and work independently
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to understand new technologies quickly at a high level and ask relevant questions
• Strong communication skills and experience working with business users
• Proactive approach and willingness to learn

Nice to have:

• Experience in reading and writing code
• Experience in data analysis and solution design
