Job summary

ITConnect is seeking a Business Data Analyst to join a Nordic bank project. You will bridge business needs and developers to deliver high-quality IT solutions and build capabilities for Data Products.

You’ll work with stakeholders across the bank to elicit features and help design advanced data and analytics solutions within a cross-functional agile team. Key responsibilities include collaborating with data products teams, ensuring data quality, and managing dependencies across bank units.

You will act as a bridge between business needs and developers, helping to deliver high-quality IT solutions and to build common capabilities for Data Products. You will work closely with stakeholders across the bank to understand the expected outcomes, elicit business features and help design advanced data and analytics solutions as part of a cross-functional agile delivery team.

• Act as a link between business stakeholders and developers to make sure high-quality IT solutions are delivered
• Contribute to building common capabilities for Data Products
• Work with Data Products and help design advanced solutions around data and analytics
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders across the bank to understand the expected outcome and elicit business features
• Manage delivery dependencies towards other teams and organisational units across the bank
• Work in an agile environment as an integral part of a cross-functional agile delivery team
