Job summary

Just Eat Takeaway.com in Poland is seeking a Business Data Analyst to turn complex analytics into actionable insights for the Poland team. The role focuses on delivering data-driven recommendations that impact decisions across functions.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, present findings to senior management, and build Tableau dashboards, leveraging SQL and BigQuery to drive decisions. Fluency in Polish and English is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years analytics experience in Business Analytics or equivalent.
• Strong with SQL for data interrogation and transformation.
• Experience presenting insights and analysis to management.
• Experience with Tableau or other BI tools; BigQuery is a plus.
• Ability to translate business requirements into a technical approach.
• Fluent Polish and English (min. B2). Data science knowledge welcomed.

About this role

Therefore we are looking for a data-savvy individual with strong commercial understanding to turn complex analytics into actionable strategies. The Business Data Analyst will join the local Country Analytics team and will be supporting all departments within Poland.

These are some of the key components to the position:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into data analysis, reporting solutions, and actionable insights
• Present findings, analyses, and recommendations to various teams and senior management, effectively communicating complex data insights in a clear and concise manner
• Leverage SQL and advanced analytics to guide impactful business strategies and evaluate initiative effectiveness
• Create and maintain Tableau dashboards and other tools supporting quick access to information and simplifying business processes
• Collaborate with global teams to share best practices and promote a data-driven culture across the organisation

What will you bring to the team?

• A minimum of 2 year analytics experience in Business Analytics or equivalent
• Strong with SQL for data interrogation and transformation
• Ability to translate business requirements/requests into a technical approach, analytical skills
• Experience in presenting insights and analysis to management
• Experience in Tableau or other business intelligence tools, experience with Big Query is a plus
• Ability to prioritise, structure, and deliver on multiple initiatives simultaneously
• A proactive approach, data-driven and logical mindset
• Flexibility, openness to learn, ability to move fast also leveraging available AI tools where it can add efficiency and quality
• Fluent Polish and English (min. B2 written and verbal)
• Data science and data ingestion experience is highly welcome
