Job summary

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, present findings to senior management, and build Tableau dashboards, leveraging SQL and BigQuery to drive decisions. Fluency in Polish and English is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years analytics experience in Business Analytics or equivalent.
• Strong with SQL for data interrogation and transformation.
• Experience presenting insights and analysis to management.
• Experience with Tableau or other BI tools; BigQuery is a plus.
• Ability to translate business requirements into a technical approach.
• Fluent Polish and English (min. B2). Data science knowledge welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into data analysis, reporting solutions, and actionable insights.
• Present findings, analyses, and recommendations to teams and senior management, communicating complex data clearly.
• Leverage SQL and advanced analytics to guide business strategies and evaluate initiatives.
• Create and maintain Tableau dashboards and other tools supporting quick access to information.
• Collaborate with global teams to share best practices and promote a data-driven culture.
