Business Automation & Enablement connects business needs with technology and helps the business move from manual work to automated and AI-supported workflows.The team owns the automation direction by identifying opportunities, testing ideas through PoCs and MVPs, and shaping solutions before they are handed over to full development teams. We work with modern automation, AI, data, and cloud platforms to create internal tools for business users.The team works closely with business stakeholders, SMEs, data teams, and developer teams to make sure automation ideas are practical, valuable, and ready for delivery.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop intuitive user interfaces for automation solutions, AI agents, Dataiku applications, and business workflow tools
• Translate business requirements into practical screens, forms, workflows, and user experiences that build adoption and efficiency
• Build prototypes and MVPs to validate automation concepts and accelerate solution delivery
• Integrate frontend solutions with APIs, enterprise platforms, data services, and automation workflows
• Leverage technologies such as Copilot Studio, Azure, Dataiku, Power Platform, SQL/Snowflake, and Python to enable business solutions
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, SMEs, automation specialists, data teams, and developers to deliver impactful solutions
• Manage the transition from manual processes to automated and AI-enabled workflows by promoting usability, simplicity, and business value

Qualifications

• Experience building frontend interfaces, web applications, Dataiku apps, or other user-facing digital solutions
• Solid understanding of UI/UX principles with the ability to create intuitive, business-friendly user experiences
• Knowledge of technologies such as Copilot Studio, Azure, Power Platform, SQL/Snowflake, Dataiku, Databricks, or Python
• Ability to integrate frontend solutions with APIs, workflows, data services, and backend systems
• Experience working with enterprise platforms such as SAP, Salesforce, Azure, Snowflake, Dataiku, or Power Platform
• Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into practical designs, prototypes, MVPs, and automation solutions
• Solid UI/UX mindset with a focus on creating simple, intuitive, and user-friendly solutions
• Ability to work independently, take ownership, and deliver high-quality outcomes
• Problem-solving skills with a practical focus on business value and usability
• Ability to translate ambiguous business needs into effective frontend designs and user journeys
