Qualifications

• Experience building frontend interfaces and data-driven UI solutions.
• Solid UI/UX understanding with the ability to create intuitive, business-friendly user experiences.
• Knowledge of technologies such as Copilot Studio, Azure, Power Platform, SQL/Snowflake, Dataiku, Databricks, or Python.
• Ability to integrate frontend solutions with APIs, workflows, data services, and backend systems.
• Experience working with enterprise platforms such as SAP, Salesforce, Azure, Snowflake, Dataiku, or Power Platform.
• Fluent English communication skills.

Business Automation & Enablement

Business Automation & Enablement connects business needs with technology and helps the business move from manual work to automated and AI-supported workflows.

The team owns the automation direction by identifying opportunities, testing ideas through PoCs and MVPs, and shaping solutions before they are handed over to full development teams. We work with modern automation, AI, data, and cloud platforms to create internal tools for business users.

The team works closely with business stakeholders, SMEs, data teams, and developer teams to make sure automation ideas are practical, valuable, and ready for delivery.

• Ability to integrate frontend solutions with APIs, workflows, data services, and backend systems
• Experience working with enterprise platforms such as SAP, Salesforce, Azure, Snowflake, Dataiku, or Power Platform
• Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into practical designs, prototypes, MVPs, and automation solutions
• Fluent English communication skills
