Randstad Polska Sp. z o.o. is seeking a Business and System Analyst to drive SAP Hybris-based e‑commerce projects. You will bridge business requirements and technical execution, owning features from conception to delivery, and coordinating with developers, stakeholders, and QA teams.

You will model processes, create user stories, and document specifications, while leveraging BPMN/UML and BA tools to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as software development or computer engineering.
• Experience implementing SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) for B2B/B2C e‑commerce.
• Strong ability to gather requirements, model processes (UML/BPMN) and drive end‑to‑end user stories.

• Drive system analysis from As-Is to To-Be and Fit/Gap analyses with clear specs.
• Develop and maintain documentation including User Stories, ERDs, Sequence Diagrams, and DFDs.
• Act as SPOC for feature delivery across developers, leads, business teams and QA.
• Support SAP Hybris lifecycle, refine e‑commerce solutions and align UX through prototyping.

We are seeking a Business and System Analyst for one of our clients, a globally recognized enterprise in the high-tech sector. In this role, you will play a key part in driving system analysis for digital and eCommerce solutions, bridging the gap between business requirements and technical execution. You will take end-to-end responsibility for feature delivery, acting as a central point of contact for developers, business stakeholders, team leads, and QA teams to transform complex business needs into high-quality technical specifications.

What will your tasks involve?

System Analysis & Specification: Drive system analysis by conducting As-Is vs. To-Be and Fit/Gap analyses, mapping business requirements to system capabilities, and producing high-quality specification documentation.

Process & Technical Documentation: Support business teams with business process modeling (BPMN) and generate comprehensive documentation, including User Stories, ERD, Sequence Diagrams, and DFDs.

End-to-End Feature Ownership: Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for feature delivery across developers, team leads, business stakeholders, and QA teams.

SAP Hybris Lifecycle Support: Apply deep knowledge of the SAP Hybris Application Lifecycle to support, refine, and optimize enterprise e-Commerce solutions.

UX & Prototyping Alignment: Translate business logic into actionable user stories, UI wireframes, and prototypes using modern BA software.

What we expect from you?

SAP Commerce Cloud Expertise: 3+ years of experience implementing SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) solutions alongside strong domain knowledge in B2B/B2C e-Commerce.

Business & System Analysis: Proven track record in gathering requirements, modeling business processes (UML, BPMN), and driving end-to-end user story creation.

Proficiency in BA Tools: Hands‑on experience with diagramming tools (Visio, draw.io), wireframing/prototyping tools (Balsamiq, InVision), and backlog/wiki management platforms (JIRA, Confluence).

Strong Communication Skills: Exceptional technical writing, written, and verbal communication skills to lead analysis discussions and drive consensus among cross-functional stakeholders.

Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Software Development, Computer Engineering, Project Management, or a related technical field.
