Job summary

Galderma is seeking a Manager, AI Engineering & Implementation in Krakow to lead the delivery and adoption of GaldermaGPT and related enterprise AI solutions. You will translate business priorities into a pragmatic AI product and engineering roadmap, ensuring security, scalability and compliance.

You will own the AI product lifecycle, provide technical leadership to AI engineers and external partners, and align business stakeholders to drive measurable value and reliable operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science or a related discipline.
• Experience leading enterprise technology, AI or digital products in complex organizations.
• Experience delivering Generative AI, LLM, conversational AI, AI agent or AI platform solutions in enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of modern AI technologies including Generative AI, ML and cloud-based AI platforms.
• Proven experience managing technical teams, external vendors and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience operating within regulated environments balancing innovation with security and compliance.
• Strong business acumen translating goals into practical technical solutions with measurable outcomes.
• Ability to influence without formal authority and drive alignment across stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Translate priorities into a clear, value-driven AI product and engineering roadmap.
• Lead end-to-end design, implementation, release and improvement of enterprise AI solutions, including GaldermaGPT.
• Own delivery and operational success of enterprise AI products throughout their lifecycle.
• Provide technical leadership to AI engineers and implementation partners, setting priorities and ensuring quality.
• Act as Galderma’s technical and delivery lead across vendors, architecture, security, privacy and stakeholders.
• Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, reliable and compliant with enterprise standards.
• Own production readiness and service stability, including incident management and root-cause analysis.
• Drive adoption by partnering with business stakeholders and enabling change.
• Define and monitor KPIs related to adoption, health, value and user satisfaction.
• Communicate complex concepts to senior stakeholders.

About the Role

As Manager, AI Engineering & Implementation, you will lead the delivery, adoption and operational success of GaldermaGPT and related enterprise AI solutions. You will translate business priorities into a pragmatic AI product and engineering roadmap, ensuring that AI capabilities deliver measurable business value while meeting enterprise requirements for security, scalability, reliability and compliance. You will own the AI product lifecycle for GaldermaGPT and related AI capabilities, ensuring alignment between business needs, user adoption and technical delivery. Acting as the key liaison between business stakeholders, AI engineers, technology teams and external partners, you will ensure the successful implementation and continuous evolution of enterprise AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate business priorities, user needs and strategic objectives into a clear, value-driven AI product and engineering roadmap.
• Lead the end-to-end design, implementation, release and continuous improvement of enterprise AI solutions, including GaldermaGPT and related integrations.
• Own the delivery and operational success of enterprise AI products throughout their lifecycle.
• Provide technical leadership and day-to-day guidance to AI engineers and implementation partners, setting priorities and ensuring high-quality delivery outcomes.
• Act as Galderma’s technical and delivery lead across external vendors, architecture, infrastructure, security, privacy and business stakeholders.
• Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, reliable and aligned with enterprise architecture, governance and compliance standards.
• Own production readiness and service stability, including incident management, root-cause analysis, issue resolution and continuous improvement.
• Challenge requests constructively, identify opportunities for reusable enterprise AI capabilities and avoid fragmented or duplicative solutions.
• Drive adoption of enterprise AI solutions by partnering closely with business stakeholders, supporting change enablement activities and ensuring successful user engagement and value realization.
• Define and monitor key performance indicators related to solution adoption, operational health, business value and user satisfaction.
• Communicate effectively with senior stakeholders, translating complex technical concepts into business-relevant outcomes, risks and opportunities.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Strong understanding of modern AI technologies, including Generative AI, machine learning and cloud-based AI platforms.
• Proven experience managing technical teams, external vendors and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience operating within regulated environments, balancing innovation with security, privacy and compliance requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with enterprise AI platforms, copilots, virtual assistants or knowledge management solutions.
• Experience leading AI initiatives from concept through production deployment and ongoing operations.
• Familiarity with enterprise architecture, cloud environments and modern software delivery practices.
• Experience working in global, matrixed and cross-functional organizations.
