Job summary

Crisil Integral IQ in Krakow seeks a Senior Business Analyst to join the client strategic change function. You will bring deep Product Control experience in FX, debt or equities to drive critical change deliverables.

You will translate data insights into requirements, create working group discussion points and user stories, and support agile delivery while emphasizing control-minded aspects of change.

Qualifications

• Master's in finance/ management/ Quant discipline.
• 3-5 years of Product Control experience; total work experience 5-10 years.
• Specialist knowledge in FX, Debt Markets, or Equities.
• Experience as business analyst within a change function or as SME.
• Translate data insights into requirements, working group points and user stories.
• Comfortable with markets datasets and deriving actionable insights.

Responsibilities

The role will require working form the office in Krakow 2 times a month.

We are seeking an experienced and control-minded Senior Business Analyst to join our client strategic change function. This role requires deep Product Control experience and specialist domain knowledge in FX, Debt, or Equities to drive critical change deliverables.

Key responsibilities:

• Act as a core Business Analyst or Subject matter Expert within the change team, supporting and driving strategic projects across various market segments.

Change management & SME:

• Apply 3-5 years of experience specialized within Product Control and deep knowledge of specific market products (e.g., FX, Derivatives, Debt Markets or Structured Equities)
• Analyze complex markets products datasets to glean actionable insights and identify key trends or pain points.

Requirement Delivery:

• Translate data insights and business needs into high-quality project artifacts, including detailed requirements, working group discussion points, and user stories.

Methodology:

• Utilize and quickly enhance knowledge of Agile Project management methodologies to facilitate efficient delivery.

Skills required:

• Master's in finance/ management/Quant discipline.
• 3-5 years of experience within Product Control (PC) function, with overall work experience in the range of 5-10 years
• Would bring specialist knowledge in one or more market segment such as FX (Spot, Forwards, Options), Debt Markets (Rates, Credit, Structured), or Equities (Cash, Borrowings & Lending, Structured)
• Would have worked as business analyst within a change function or at the very least contributed towards or supported strategic change deliverables in their capacity as subject matter experts (SMEs)
• Comfortable working with markets products datasets, gleam insights from it and turn those insights into working group discussion points, requirements, and user stories
• Would be control minded and consider & promote both non-functional & non-financial aspects of change.
