Job summary

Qualifications

• Опыт в финтех, платежах, электронной коммерции или стратегическом консалтинге.
• Опыт руководства международными проектами.
• Умение переводить данные в бизнес-рекомендации.
• Отличные знания SQL и Excel.

Responsibilities

• Подготовка стратегических анализов, бизнес-кейсов и рекомендаций для принятия решений.
• Анализ рынка и выявление новых возможностей в финансовых и платежных сервисах.
• Оценка потенциальных партнерств, включая инновационные.
• Ведение инициатив от концепции до внедрения и оценки результатов.

InPost is a leading European logistics solutions provider for the e-commerce industry. The company operates an out-of-home delivery platform, provides courier and fulfillment services for e-commerce sellers, and develops financial and payment products for its users.

Задачи:

• Prepare strategic analyses, business cases, and recommendations supporting business decision-making
• Analyze the market and identify new development and innovation opportunities in financial and payment services
• Conduct preliminary assessments of strategic partnerships, including innovation-related partnerships
• Lead business initiatives from analysis and recommendations through implementation and evaluation of results
• Model business scenarios and prepare forecasts and financial analyses
• Monitor key business and financial metrics and recommend optimization actions
• Collaborate with product, sales, marketing, and finance teams
• Prepare materials and recommendations for senior management
• Develop analytical standards and support data-driven decision-making across the organization
• Use AI tools to improve the efficiency of analyses and business processes

Требования:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in business analytics, strategy, strategic consulting, or business development
• Experience in fintech, payments, financial services, e-commerce, or strategic consulting
• Experience leading international projects or initiatives
• Ability to independently lead initiatives from concept through implementation and evaluation of results
• Experience preparing business models, forecasts, and scenario analyses
• Ability to translate data into business recommendations
• Very good knowledge of SQL and Excel
• Accountability for results
• Curiosity and strong business acumen
• Highly developed communication skills and ability to collaborate with stakeholders at different organizational levels
• Very good command of English (minimum C1)
• Nice to have: performance management experience, including financial metrics analysis
• retail banking experience related to launching or developing financial products
• knowledge of Power BI, VBA, DAX, or other Business Intelligence tools
• practical use of AI tools in data analysis and business decision-making
