InPost ищет менеджера продукта для работы над данными продуктами и обеспечением их влияния на стратегические решения компании в области Pay-платежей. Ваша роль — собирать требования, управлять бэклогом, работать с кросс-функциональными командами и стейкхолдерами, развивая продуктовую стратегию в условиях финтех и электронной коммерции.

Кандидат должен иметь университетское образование, знание Agile/Scrum, опыт анализа рынка и английский не ниже C1.

Responsibilities

• Определять потребности клиентов в отношении продукта и превращать их в рабочие задачи для команд продукта и смежных подразделений.
• Развивать и поддерживать видение продукта, обеспечивая согласованность deliverables.
• Координировать работу IT-партнёров: планирование, мониторинг и приемку работ.
• Поддерживать сотрудничество с внутренними и внешними бизнес-партнёрами.
• Разрабатывать и обновлять базу знаний о продукте через анализ рынка и конкурентов.
• Сотрудничать с командами Digital & Strategy Office, Technology и др..
• Вести бэклог продукта, формулировать приоритеты и обновлять их.
• Участвовать во взаимодействии со стейкхолдерами на постоянной основе.
• Подготавливать и уточнять функциональные и нефункциональные требования.

Описание:

InPost provides out-of-home e-commerce enablement and parcel delivery services through a network of Automated Parcel Machines and pick-up and drop-off points across nine European countries, alongside courier and fulfilment services for ecommerce merchants.

Задачи:

• Identify customer needs related to product development and translate them into actionable items for product and other teams
• Develop and maintain the product vision, ensuring consistency across deliverables
• Coordinate with IT solution providers, including scoping, monitoring, and accepting development work
• Maintain cooperation with internal and external business partners
• Develop and update the product knowledge base through ongoing market and competitor analysis
• Cooperate with teams within the Digital & Strategy Office, Technology, and other supporting areas
• Maintain the product backlog by creating and updating it and setting priorities
• Engage with stakeholders on an ongoing basis
• Prepare and clarify functional and non-functional requirements

Требования:

• University degree
• Solid grounding in both business and technical domains
• Strong understanding of the market and customer needs
• Competence in market and competitor analysis
• Ability to define business value
• Familiarity with Agile approaches, including Agile and Scrum
• Track record in managing the product lifecycle, including gathering and analyzing requirements, prioritizing the backlog, and cooperating with teams and stakeholders to deliver business value and meet user needs
• English – min C1
• Business understanding of the market and customer needs in the e-commerce sector
• Analytical skills in data analysis, KPI definition, and problem-solving
