Astek Group ищет опытного бизнес-аналитика для стратегической цифровой банковской программы крупного банка Польши. Вы будете участвовать в формировании продукта от идеи до реализации, работаe над требованиями и дизайном цифровых каналов для бизнес-клиентов.

Вам предстоит сотрудничать с Product Owners, UX/UI, архитекторами и разработчиками, моделировать процессы и обеспечивать качество через тестирование и UAT. Требуется не менее 5 лет опыта и знание банковской отрасли, регуляций и AML/KYC.

Qualifications

• Опыт не менее 5 лет в роли бизнес-аналитика, product-аналитика или системного аналитика.
• Опыт в банковском/финтех секторе и цифровом бизнесе для бизнес-клиентов.
• Опыт работы в Agile/Scrum и создании user stories и backlog.
• Знание BPMN, тестирования UAT и требований к интеграциям.
• Знание AML/KYC, регуляторной среды и взаимодействие с IT и бизнес.

Responsibilities

• Сотрудничать с Product Owners и заинтересованными сторонами для сбора и анализа требований.
• Анализировать потребности клиентов, поведение пользователей и данные продукта.
• Моделировать As-Is и To-Be бизнес-процессы и находить точки оптимизации.
• Создавать эпики, user stories и документацию по бизнес- и функциональным требованиям.
• Участвовать в backlog refinement, планировании спринтов и прояснении требований.
• Работать с UX/UI, архитекторами, системными аналитиками и разработчиками.
• Определять интеграционные требования между банковскими системами и внешними решениями.
• Готовить тестовые сценарии, кейсы и координировать UAT тестирование.
• Контролировать дефекты, выявленные во время тестирования, управлять ими.
• Выявлять риски, зависимости и препятствия delivery проекта.
• Сотрудничать с командами Compliance и Security, технологическими партнерами и внешними поставщиками.
• Поддерживать дизайн и разработку цифровых банковских продуктов для бизнес и корпоративных клиентов.

Would you like to have a real impact on the development of modern banking for businesses and co-create solutions used by thousands of business clients every day? We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join a strategic digital banking development program at one of the largest banks in Poland. This is not a role focused solely on gathering requirements. You will co-create the future of digital channels for business and corporate clients, taking part in product design from idea to implementation.

• Collaborate with Product Owners and business stakeholders to identify and analyze requirements.
• Analyze customer needs, user behavior, and product data.
• Model As-Is and To-Be business processes and identify areas for optimization.
• Create epics, user stories, and business and functional requirements documentation.
• Actively participate in backlog refinement, sprint planning, and clarifying requirements.
• Work closely with UX/UI teams, architects, system analysts, and developers.
• Define integration requirements between banking systems, digital channels, and external solutions.
• Prepare test scenarios and test cases, and coordinate UAT testing.
• Monitor, analyze, and manage defects identified during testing.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and potential obstacles that may affect project delivery.
• Collaborate with compliance and security teams, technology partners, and external vendors.
• Support the design and development of modern digital banking products for business and corporate clients.

Требования

• At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, System Analyst, or in a similar role.
• Experience in banking, fintech, payments, or the financial sector.
• Knowledge of digital banking for business and corporate clients.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum.
• Practical knowledge of Jira and Confluence.
• Ability to model processes in BPMN.
• Experience creating user stories, backlogs, and analytical documentation.
• Experience conducting UAT tests and preparing test scenarios.
• Knowledge of AML/KYC, security, and banking regulations.
• Ability to collaborate across business and IT.
• Будет плюсом: Experience in the financial industry, preferably banking; Experience or interest in developing skills in AI/LLM
