Qualifications

• Опыт автоматизации, роботизации и цифровизации процессов.
• Умение моделировать процессы BPMN и подготавливать требования к внедрению.
• Умение работать с бизнес-кейсами и документацией.
• Опыт работы в гибкой среде (Agile, Scrum, DevOps).
• Свободное владение польским и английским на уровне не ниже B2

Responsibilities

• Анализируем потребности бизнеса и требования совместно с представителями банковских подразделений.
• Проектируем бизнес-процессы и решения, подготавливаем концепции, макеты экранов и модели бизнес-правил.
• Ищем возможности для автоматизации, роботизации и оптимизации кредитных процессов.
• Сотрудничаем с бизнесом, риском, IT и командами разработки на всех стадиях.
• Предвидим потребности заинтересованных сторон и подразделений, задействованных в кредитном процессе.
• Готовим аналитическую и проектную документацию; помогаем пользователям в формулировании требований.
• Участвуем в тестировании, проверяем соответствие решений бизнес-требованиям и координируем внедрение.

Join a multi-year project carried out for an institution in the banking sector, aimed at standardizing and digitizing credit processes in corporate banking. You will participate in creating modern solutions that improve service for business clients, with a particular focus on automating, optimizing, and digitizing credit processes.

Задачи

• Analyzing business needs and functional requirements in cooperation with representatives of various bank units.
• Designing business processes and system solutions based on identified needs, including preparing functional concepts, screen mockups, and business rule models.
• Identifying opportunities to automate, robotize, and optimize credit processes.
• Cooperating with business, risk, IT, and developer teams at all stages of the project.
• Anticipating the needs of stakeholders and units involved in the credit process.
• Preparing analytical and design documentation and supporting users in defining requirements.
• Participating in testing, verifying that implemented solutions comply with business requirements, and coordinating the implementation process.

Требования

• At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in transformation and IT projects.
• Practical ability to analyze business needs and define functional requirements, supported by project experience.
• Knowledge of corporate banking products, including forms of security and contractual terms.
• Experience in projects related to process automation, robotization, digitization, or transformation.
• Ability to map processes using BPMN notation and prepare requirements for implementations and system changes.
• Experience in preparing a Business Case.
• Ability to think analytically, solve problems, and document business and functional requirements.
• Practical knowledge of Jira and Confluence.
• Understanding of data flows and system integration models.
• Knowledge of process management principles and methods for improving processes.
• Very good knowledge of MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
• Practical knowledge of PRINCE2, PMI, Lean, or Six Sigma methodologies.
• Experience working in an agile environment, e.g. Agile, Scrum, or DevOps.
• Independence in managing projects and initiatives, good work organization, and ability to plan tasks.
• Very good command of Polish and English at a minimum B2 level.
