Job summary

GlobalLogic is seeking an SAP Business Analyst with SD expertise to support Subscription Billing initiatives. The role requires deep SAP configuration knowledge, S/4HANA experience, and the ability to translate complex business processes into scalable system solutions.

The successful candidate will work with global partners, manage stakeholder expectations, and contribute to end-to-end implementations in a dynamic multinational environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as SAP Business Analyst SD.
• Good understanding of SAP configuration and customization.
• S4C experience would be an advantage.
• Knowledge and experience in SAP S/4HANA and/or SAP SB(Subscription Billing).
• Experience in analysis, design, planning, realization and roll out of end-to-end solutions.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to under complex business processes and translate them into system solutions.
• Ability to navigate a cross matrixed and diverse environment.

Responsibilities

• Gather and clarify requirements for new features or enhancements.
• Create spike tickets to explore edge cases and identify viable solutions.
• Collaborate with Product Owner and architect to refine solutions.
• Communicate findings and updates back to the business to ensure alignment.
• Write detailed user stories for developers after understanding solution design.
• Manage stakeholders by keeping them informed of progress and issues.
• Validate the solution with peer reviews after QA testing.
• Support business testing in higher tier when bugs are found and determine root cause.
• Provide support for ServiceNow tickets related to production issues.

The Client is a multinational company operating in a construction domain offering their customers both hardware and software solutions for construction business management. Project is related to Subscription Billing for various software solutions.

Requirements

• working experience as an SAP Business Analyst, SD
• good understanding of SAP configuration and customization
• S4C experience would be an advantage
• Knowledge and experience in SAP S/4HANA and/or SAP SB(Subscription Billing)
• Experience in analysis, design, planning, realization and roll out of end-to-end solutions

Skills:

• Strong interpersonal skills and team player approach with the ability to connect with global partners to bond, inspire, influence and accomplish goals
• Minimum 3 years of experience with cloud software, business process management, and agile methodologies
• Desire to work in a global and diverse team
• Excellent communication skills in English, with strong interpersonal abilities to manage change

Job Responsibilities
