Job summary

Toyota Boshoku Europe – Poland is hiring a Business Analyst in the Digital Transformation department. You will analyze processes, map data usage across units, and document requirements for digital projects while supporting project execution across manufacturing, business, and R&D pillars.

You will collaborate with internal teams, drive process improvements, and contribute to improved efficiency and customer experiences in a global automotive environment.

Job Summary

As a Business Analyst in the Digital Transformation department, you will play a crucial role in driving innovation and change across our organization’s core pillars: Manufacturing, Business, and Research and Development.

You will work closely with internal cross-functional teams to analyze business processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and support the execution of Digital Transformation initiatives. Your insights and recommendations will help enhance operational efficiency, improve customer experiences, and foster innovation.

Key responsibilities

• Process Analysis and Improvement: Analyze current business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement. Design and propose optimized processes that leverage digital technologies.
• Data mapping: Collaborate with various divisions to consolidate view on how data is currently used and propose improvements.
• Requirements Gathering: Work with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for digital transformation projects. Translate these requirements into functional specifications.
• Project Support: Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of digital transformation projects. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and issues.
• Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends and best practices in digital transformation within the industry. Provide insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.

Your profile

• You are fluent in English, other languages are a plus
• +5 years relevant experience
• Familiarity with Automotive manufacturing, business, and R&D processes is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a digital transformation or technology-driven environment
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform capabilities
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional international team environment.
• Experience with project management methodologies.
