We are seeking a Brand Designer to lead branding, translate strategy into visual identities, and maintain consistent design systems across digital and print while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team remotely from anywhere in the country.

Qualifications

• More than 5 years of branding experience focused on digital and interactive design.
• Fluent English.
• Proficiency in Adobe CS and Figma for design and prototyping.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating branding and UI/UX skills.
• Attention to detail and high-quality craft.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with deadlines.
• Strong aesthetic sense and visual storytelling.
• Ability to communicate design decisions to clients.
• Proactive attitude and industry trend awareness.
• Solid understanding of design principles, color theory, and typography.

We are currently looking to add a Brand Designer to our team to design innovative and user-friendly software products for our clients, working remotely from anywhere in the country.

This role will be responsible for the entire brand creation process: understanding client needs, translating brand strategy into compelling visual identities, and ensuring consistency across all touchpoints. You’ll collaborate closely with our multidisciplinary team to bring concepts to life and deliver high-quality brand assets for digital and print environments.

Responsibilities

• Help guide the creative direction of our largest and most exciting clients.
• Translate clients’ brand strategies into functional and expressive brand identity systems that help solve their large-scale challenges.
• Manage existing brand systems, understanding current aesthetics and design guidelines (brandbook), ensuring visual consistency across all platforms, and actively seeking opportunities to improve and expand their visual communications.
• Present and defend concepts directly to clients, shaping ideas and communicating them effectively.
• Anticipate production and conceptual challenges to ask the right questions to both the client and the team, and provide solutions for future issues.
• Design various assets aligned with the established branding, including presentations, social media ads, blog visuals, merchandising, newsletters, etc.

Requirements

• More than 5 years of experience in branding with a focus on digital and interactive design.
• Fluent English.
• Proficiency in key design and prototyping tools (Adobe CS and Figma).
• A strong portfolio demonstrating your skills in these areas.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining an organized workflow.
• Passion for creativity and design, with a strong aesthetic sensibility.
• Ability to communicate design decisions effectively to clients.
• Proactive attitude, always staying up to date with industry trends and best design practices.
• Excellent understanding of design principles, color theory, and typography.
• Teamwork and effective collaboration.

It’s a big plus if you:

• Have experience in UX/UI and can design websites while collaborating with developers and other designers to create effective solutions. We value knowledge of Material Design, the ability to organize a Design System, and experience creating wireframes and prototypes.
  Know how to animate.
