Job summary

Litebox is a boutique digital agency helping startups and scaleups build products that move the needle. This role bridges business and execution, leading design and engineering teams to deliver measurable impact for clients.

You will own client relationships end-to-end—from growth strategy to product delivery—driving outcomes while collaborating with Litebox's internal growth and delivery teams in a fully remote setup.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in digital products, growth, PM, or consulting.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Experience managing client relationships directly.
• Comfortable leading design and/or development teams.
• Strong analytical mindset and data-driven decision making.
• Agile/Scrum knowledge and hands-on experience.
• Proactive communicator who flags risks early.

We're looking for someone who bridges business and execution: a person who speaks the client's language, understands their goals deeply, and leads design and engineering teams to deliver real impact.
Own the client relationship end-to-end — from growth strategy to product delivery — ensuring Litebox is not just building features, but driving measurable business outcomes for the people we work with.

Responsibilities

• Lead client relationships — become a trusted strategic partner, not just a point of contact. Ask the right questions, identify opportunities, and challenge clients to think bigger.
• Drive growth strategy — understand clients' business goals and translate them into product priorities. Use data, funnels, and growth frameworks to guide decisions, leading day-to-day growth initiatives and collaborating closely with the internal growth team on advanced or high-impact work.
• Manage design and engineering teams — lead cross-functional squads, define scope, track delivery, and ensure quality at every stage of the project lifecycle.
• Keep projects on track — own the project plan, manage timelines, resources and budget, proactively identify risks, and communicate clearly to all stakeholders.
• Simplify complexity — reduce unnecessary communication layers. Be the single point of clarity between client expectations and internal execution.
• Develop your team — participate in performance reviews, give constructive feedback, and help the people you lead grow in their roles.
• Contribute to Litebox's evolution — actively improve internal processes, share learnings, and help shape our growth practice.

Requirements

• 5+ years in digital products, growth, PM, or consulting
• Strong analytical mindset, data-driven decision-making
• Experience managing client relationships directly
• Comfortable leading design and/or development teams
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
• Agile/Scrum knowledge and hands-on experience
• Proactive communicator — identifies risks before they become problems

Background

• Agency, startup, or product team experience is a strong plus
• Familiarity with analytics tools (GA4, Mixpanel, Amplitude)
• Comfort with growth frameworks (AARRR, PLG, Lean Analytics)
• Experience with no-code tools (Zapier, n8n, etc.)
• Experience applying generative AI and integrating it into growth processes to improve analysis, experimentation, and operational efficiency
