Job summary

Litebox is a boutique digital agency seeking a Content Strategist to design innovative software products for clients. This is a LATAM-based, fully remote contractor role enabling global collaboration.

You will drive content systems, SEO-informed messaging, and AI-enabled workflows across marketing sites and landing pages, translating technical concepts into accessible language for diverse audiences.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in content strategy or copywriting, with a strong focus on marketing and growth.

Responsibilities

• Define and document the foundational content systems for Litebox: tone of voice frameworks, naming conventions, and reusable content guidelines across projects and clients.
• Act as the go-to reference on content judgment for design, product, and growth teams.
• Lead end-to-end content audits and identify structural opportunities, not just point fixes.
• Partner closely with growth on content strategy for marketing sites and landing pages, translating business goals into conversion-focused messaging.
• Write and elevate the standard of marketing copy for landing pages and marketing sites.
• Translate technical concepts into accessible, human-centered language for our clients' audiences.
• Apply and champion SEO and content strategy best practices, built into content architecture from the start rather than bolted on after.
• Bring AI into the everyday workflow, using AI tooling to speed up research, copy iteration, message testing, and content optimization at scale.

• Real, day-to-day experience using AI tools as part of your workflow - not occasional experimentation.
• Comfortable working with devtools, SaaS, or technically complex products - clients with a strong digital-first, product-driven mindset.
• Ability to operate with high autonomy in ambiguous contexts.
• Comfortable working fully remote, in distributed teams with flexible processes.
• Bilingual (English and Spanish).
