Qualifications

• Valid IRATA Level 1, 2 or 3 certification.
• Valid full GWO certification including Blade Repair and Sea Survival.
• Valid driver’s license and Medical Fitness certificate (OGUK).

Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections, repairs, and maintenance on wind turbines.
• Perform pre-end of warranty inspections and structural repairs.
• Work safely using rope access and platforms on wind farms.

Skills

Due to ongoing and upcoming projects, we are currently looking for Wind Turbine Blade Technicians to join our international teams.

Scope of Work

Our blade services cover inspections, repairs, maintenance projects on wind turbines. This includes pre‑end of warranty inspections, structural and composite repairs, leading edge repairs and protection, fiber works, cleaning and painting of blades and towers, as well as scheduled service activities.

Our teams work using rope access and platforms on both onshore and offshore wind farms.

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for experienced, safety‑driven blade technicians with a strong HSE mindset.

Requirements

• Valid IRATA Level 1, 2 or 3
• Valid full GWO certification including Blade Repair and Sea Survival
• Experience with Vestas, Siemens Gamesa or LM Wind Power
• Proven experience in complex composite repairs
• Good command of English
• Valid driver’s license
• Valid Medical Fitness certificate (OGUK)
