AFRY is seeking a structural engineer to join the Water & Environment team, focusing on wastewater treatment plant design in Europe. The role involves cross-disciplinary collaboration with mechanical, electrical and BIM specialists, delivering designs in line with Swiss SIA and German HOAI standards.

Hybrid work with offices in Poznań, Kraków or Łódź is available. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in structural engineering, strong BIM skills, and good English, with a proactive, team-oriented

Qualifikationen

• Knowledge of structural engineering with 3–5 years of experience.
• Willingness to work multidisciplinary with other engineers.
• Good English skills at B2-C1 level.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Solid BIM knowledge and collaboration platforms (BIMCollab).
• Experience with structural engineering software (SOFiSTiK/TEKLA/ALLPLAN).

Aufgaben

• Design civil structures for wastewater treatment plants and facilities.
• Perform basic sizing and gather data from machinery, HVAC and EMCR.
• Follow Swiss SIA and German HOAI design stages.
• Create BIM-enabled designs with BIM modelers.
• Attend internal/external meetings and report to Project Managers.
