Job summary
Swap is seeking a finance-focused professional to own billing operations and drive automation during an 18-month tour of duty. You’ll partner with the CFO to rebuild workflows, implement new tools, and embed AI for accurate, scalable billing.
Successful candidates will be early in their careers, eager to learn, and ready to deliver high-impact results. You’ll gain exposure to cross-functional collaboration, with opportunities to advance into Finance, Strategy, Operations, or Product as you prove
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and processes.
- Ability to redesign manual workflows into scalable solutions.
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets and handling large data sets.
- Hands-on curiosity about AI and automation with tangible examples.
Responsibilities
- Map end-to-end billing and onboarding workflows and redesign bottlenecks.
- Lead the implementation and testing of new billing tools.
- Embed AI and automation into billing, reconciliations and exception detection.
- Build reporting and data checks for visibility into billing accuracy.
